Now, the Company's authorized Capital of Tk 100.00 crore, issue, Subscribed & Paid-up Capital Tk. 531,448,230 Number of Shares issued 53,144,823 nos, and face value per share Tk. 10.00 and AA Rating endorsed by CRISL
