Sikder Insurance Company Limited commenced non-life insurance business on July 29, 2013. The Company is in the process for enlisting with the Dhaka Stock Exchange Ltd (DSE) & Chittagong Stock Exchange Ltd. (CSE). The Company's Authorized Capital is Te 50.00 crore and Paid up Capital is Tk. 24:00 crore the company has been operating its business from Head Office and 16 (Sixteen) Branches located at different strategically important places of Bangladesh. The Company's main object is to abide by the insurance Act and to follow the instructions of the Insurance Development & Regulatory Authority (IDRA) issued from time to time through different circulars to run the insurance business. The Company also maintains to provide better services to the valued clients. The Company has been rated 'A' on the basis of Financial Statements for the year 2020 by ARGUS Credit Rating Agency.
