South Asia Insurance Company Ltd has been incorporate in Bangladesh as a general insurance on 21st December, 1999 under the companies Act 1994, with the Registrar of Jaint stock Companies of Bangladesh. Certificate for commencement of business was also obtained on the same day from the Registrar. Certificate of registration from the Chief Controller of Insurance under section 3 of the Insurance Act, 1938, as adopted in Bangla desh was obtained on 29th December 1999 to carry on all types of general insurance business, such as, Fire, Marine, Motor, Engineering, Miscellaneous: etc. The Head office of the company is situated at Shawdesh Tower (5th 6th & 9th Floor) 41/6 Purana Paltan (Box Culvert Road), Dhaka-1000 To fulfill the objectives of the company and to meet the challenge of ever increasing risk phenomena, it is necessary to see who are the person behind the institution We proudly announce that in South Asia Insurance Company we have a competent and experienced set of team working relentlessly for high growth of the company.
